Hans Fedge’s rich life experiences make him a respected Home Equity
Conversion Mortgage (HECM) Loan Specialist. He gravitated towards the
reverse mortgage industry after seeing the benefit they could provide older
Americans.

“I have worked with older homeowners for years and have seen how the HECM
loan helped them to be able to enjoy the retirement they deserved.” He was
drawn to RMF because it’s “a leader in the industry and a leader in integrity.”

As an older American himself, Hans understands the problems facing people as
they near retirement. He looks forward to developing relationships with people
and providing valuable, life-changing solutions through the HECM program.
He truly cares about each customer’s situation. “Over the years I have found
that I have a lot in common with my customers. I think that helps me to be a
better advocate for them.”

Hans and his wife of 57 years have lived in Colorado since 1983. He enjoys
traveling to visit with his children and grandchildren.
